BIM one has been engaged by the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) South Coast Region to provide Contract Administration Services for the $21 million upgrade to the Greenbank RSL park ‘n’ ride facility.
Construction of the new 600 car park facility commenced in October 2020 with completion expected in mid-2021. The project will also provide upgrades to the local road network and passenger drop off areas, improving traffic flow and overall customer experience.
The BIM one team is working collaboratively with TMR representatives, TransLink, the roadworks contractor McIlwain Civil Engineering, Logan City Council and key community stakeholders, including the adjacent Greenbank RSL – to minimise impacts and disruption to the road users and passengers during construction.
