Members of the BIM one team formed part of a Joint Venture that was engaged by TMR South Coast Region to deliver the Contract Administration scope during the construction of the M1 Pacific Motorway Exit 41 Interchange Upgrade.

The project provided a number of safety benefits have been delivered for motorists using the M1 and the surrounding local road network, including Lahrs Road, Eastern Service Road, Computer Road, and Cuthbert Drive. The upgrade has improved access conditions for freight movements, making it easier and more reliable for heavy vehicles to navigate the interchange. As a result, traffic is now able to move more smoothly, thereby reducing congestion and queuing and transit times for all users of the motorway has improved.
BIM one has been engaged by the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) South Coast Region to provide Contract Administration Services for the $21 million upgrade to the Greenbank RSL park ‘n’ ride facility.
Construction of the new 600 car park facility commenced in October 2020 with completion expected in mid-2021. The project will also provide upgrades to the local road network and passenger drop off areas, improving traffic flow and overall customer experience.
The BIM one team provided Contract Administration services on behalf of TMR North Coast Region, for the Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Duplication Early Works program.
Our team, led by Chris Orr, provided the interface between the civil works construction contractors and TMR - responsible for overseeing the construction activities to confirm that TMR's technical and contractual requirements were met.
The Beerburrum to Nambour Rail Upgrade will increase the capacity and reliability of the North Coast Line, enabling more efficient travel and improved passenger and freight connections between the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, and Brisbane.
