Utilities Coordination and Design

We pride ourselves on being the specialist subconsultant of choice for the delivery of utilities coordination and design on major civil infrastructure projects. Our team comprises engineers, designers and technical specialists who each bring tier-one engineering consultancy experience. We have leveraged that big project experience to build a suite of systems and workflows tailored to the delivery of the utility coordination and design scope. We offer recent experience with relocation designs for water and sewer assets with the Urban Utilities, City of Gold Coast, Logan City Council and Unity Water areas. Additionally, we understand the design requirements for key utility authorities including Energex, Telstra, NBN, Optus, and APA gas.

We bring an in-depth understanding across all aspects of civil infrastructure delivery, including highways and rail design, procurement, contract administration, and utilities management and design. By working collaboratively with road, rail and utility authorities to foster strong relationships, which results in the development of a solid foundation of knowledge relating to each asset owner's specific requirements.

Our high-level understanding of the multi-disciplinary design integration process also enables us to challenge technical solutions, generating value for money and best-for-project outcomes. The BIM one team has delivered utility coordination and design solutions for key clients on some of Australia's largest infrastructure projects.
