Chris Orr: Director

Chris is an RPEQ specialising in project management, design management and contract administration across the civil infrastructure industry, with experience delivering project throughout Australia and in the United Kingdom.  Since returning to Brisbane in 2010, Chris has been providing engineering consultancy and management services directly to a number of clients including TMR, Transurban, RLB and RMS – with a key focus on developing strategies for efficient utility management on major projects.  Chris is a CA03 TMR Prequalified Contract Administrator.

Michael Kavourakis: Director

Throughout his career, Michael has been involved in the planning, design, management and delivery of a broad range of civil infrastructure projects, specialising in highway engineering, design management and project management for key clients including TMR, Transurban and QR. More recently, Michael is working closely with TMR in the emerging field of Digital Engineering and BIM, which will revolutionise the way civil infrastructure projects are designed, constructed, operated and maintained – with huge potential for efficiencies across every phase of an asset’s lifecycle.

Ben Watling:

Manager - Construction

Ben is a project / construction manager with extensive experience in the road construction industry. Ben has worked in a variety of roles: client-side, with design firms and construction contractors – giving him a well rounded project understanding. Ben now provides specialist services assisting key clients including Logan City Council, TMR, RMS and Transurban though the management and administration of construction contracts – and through the provision of detailed constructability and traffic staging reviews.

Brooke Jarrett:

Manager - Digital Delivery

Brooke leads the Digital Delivery group, bringing extensive experience during the design development phase for a number of flagship projects throughout southeast Queensland, including upgrades to the M1 Pacific Motorway and the Bruce Highway on behalf of TMR South Coast and North Coast Regions. Brooke's skillset complements BIM one's strategy to become the industry's "supplier of choice" for BIM as-constructed modelling and utility design integration services. 

Matt Simmons:

Senior Engineer

Matt is a Civil and Environmental Engineer with over 5 years’ experience, specialising in underground utility coordination, water and sewer network modelling, and utility relocation design. Matt’s experience includes the delivery of large transport infrastructure projects, most recently focusing on technical design support for major road and rail projects throughout Queensland and in Canberra – including Cross River Rail, the M1 Pacific Motorway and Canberra Light Rail.

Andrew Duncan:

Senior Roadworks Inspector

Andrew has worked in Queensland's civil construction industry for almost 20 years, performing the roles of Civil Works Inspector, Site Supervisor, Safety Officer and Trades Assistant. Andrew brings many years of experience working in a variety of roles, with a heavy focus on enabling the safe, timely, cost effective and compliant delivery of civil construction projects. Andrew has extensive practical experience in road construction, bulk earthworks, pavement rehabilitation, traffic management, utility relocation, ITS, traffic signals, stormwater upgrades, concreting, steel structures, formwork and piling.

Stephanus Snyman:

Senior Site Engineer

Stephanus has over 15 years of experience in the building and construction industry. He is a Civil Engineer with wide ranging and in-depth knowledge in the construction of steel and concrete structures, complex earthworks and geotechnical solutions, and road construction - including utilities, drainage, roadside safety barriers, pavements, lighting and traffic signals. Stephanus also has extensive Contract Administration experience, and brings a robust understanding of the TMR TIC-CO delivery framework and TMR Technical Specifications.

Tracy Woods:

Project Administrator and Document Control

Tracy is a highly-experienced Project Administrator and Document Controller, recently involved in the $150 million M1/M3 Gateway Merge upgrade and $750 million M1 North (Eight Mile Plains to Daisy Hill) project. 

Tracy also has extensive experience with TMR's preferred document control platform - TeamBinder.
